To order an item just have to follow the steps below:

1. If you have found the product(s) you would like to purchase, decide how many pieces you want to order and click the shopping cart.

2. If you would like to finalize your order, then click on “Shopping cart” on the right side on the top. Your shopping cart will be shown for review. Click on “Order” in your shopping cart.

3. Follow the step by step instructions, which will guide you through the registration and payment until your order has been confirmed.

4. Immediately after finalizing the order process you will receive an order confirmation to your given e-mail address. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking details.

We ship orders to the address which you have filled in under “Shipping address”

You can adjust your order within 24 hours if you have not yet paid for the order. In that case you have to send an email with “URGENT” in the subject line.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour after you have paid for the order. Please contact us with “URGENT ORDER CANCELLATION” in the subject line. If you have not paid for your order yet and you wish to cancel your order then you can contact us within a week at info@bekeproofercups.com. Orders that have not been paid for after two weeks will automatically be cancelled.

You can check the status of your order by creating an account at BekeProoferCups.com, prior to placing your first order. Once you have logged in you can also check your order history.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within the return period of two weeks. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept used products. In order to receive a refund (refund = order amount minus shipping charges) the unused product has to be returned in its original packaging. Before returning the goods please inspect the goods carefully. We can not restock used goods and therefore will not refund any money when the goods upon arrival turn out to be used.
We advise you to sent back the package with registered mail. If the goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete then BekeProoferCups.com is not obliged to take back the product. Please note: Returns need to be returned to us with registered mail. It is your responsibility to ensure a proper return, please keep the return receipt on file.

We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the product(s) you prefer.

Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed your will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or a defective product, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax.

For payments you have the following options: Paypal, Multisafepay and Bank / Wire transfer. Multisafepay includes payment options for: IDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Mister Cash, Visa, Giropay etc.
Wire transfer: you can wire the money within two weeks after you placed your order. Our bank details can be found on the order confirmation email that we’ll send you.
Please note, we can only ship your order when we have received the payment in full. For this you have to absorb all bank transfer payment costs at your end.
We can only ship the goods once we have seen the payment in our account. Please note that a transaction can take several working days. This time frame depends on your bank and cannot be influenced by us.

When making a payment through your Paypal account a 4.9% surcharge is added to the total order amount. This is what Paypal charges us to receive your payment.

When making a payment through Multisafepay a 3.5% surcharge is added to the total order amount. This is what we are being charged to receive your payment.

All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without BekeProoferCups.com or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods ( Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code). Any questions regarding bank transfer payments? You need to pay for your order within two weeks. If you have not paid for your order within two weeks then your order will be cancelled automatically.

All shipments are handled by TNT or DPD, depending on your delivery address. Orders will be shipped to your shipping address. In case your order weighs more than 20 kg (Outside EU) or more than 30 kg (Inside EU) we ask you to contact us to discuss the way of shipping.

When the product you ordered is on stock, your order will ship within 5 working days after we have received your payment.

We ship worldwide. Is your country not listed or can’t you find any shipping costs on your order confirmation? Contact us.

Shipments inside the European Community are insured up to a value of €500,00. Shipments outside the European Union are insured for a value op to € 250,00. Please note: in case you return a product it is your responsibility to insure the shipment.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and link of your order. By clicking on the link in the email you will be automatically be redirected to the courier’s site.

If your order has still not arrived after 20 business days after that we confirmed it has been shipped, please contact us and we will try to find out what the status is.
