From textile nets to durable, hygienic solutions
Many older proofers are still equipped with trays fitted with sewn textile nets. This setup has several disadvantages: the most important is when one net is damaged, the entire set needs to be replaced, and removal is time-consuming and labour-intensive.
We offer an efficient and sustainable solution: replacing textile nets with individual plastic proofer pockets.
We have already successfully completed these retrofits on proofers from brands such as Benier/Kaak, Op t Root, Van Dijk, and Gefra.
Why switch to plastic proofer pockets?
Easy installation
In most cases, the existing shafts inside the tray can be easily unscrewed/removed. The plastic pockets can then be quickly and securely clicked into place between the tray’s frames.
Hygienic and easy to clean
The pockets are submersible and can be thoroughly cleaned using our specially developed Pocket Cleaner.
Durable and low maintenance
Plastic pockets have an average lifespan of approximately 10 years, depending on usage and maintenance.
