Description
This prover pocket is suitable for use in, among others, Werner Pfleiderer Haton Intermediate Proofers.
The pocket consists of a plastic frame and a polyethelene mesh.
It fits WP Haton Intermediate Provers with a tray hole diameter of 191 mm.
The open mesh provides excellent air permeability around the dough.
The pockets’ design provides enhanced and superb cleaning results.
Note: a WP Haton cup is also available for hole diameters of 193 mm!
First check the diameter of the hole in the tray before placing your order!!
Flexible versions of this dough cup.
Our round pockets for more than 2 years have also been available with a flexibel rim.
The flexible edge ensures faster placing and removing from the tray.

Cleaning.
The pockets are easy to clean with a simple, mild cleaner.
Our advice is to do this regularly, preventively.
A mild cleaner can simply loosen the dirt after which it can be rinsed off.
Clean the pocket before the contamination sits too long, it becomes too hard or had too much time to soak into the plastic.
In terms of a cleaner, you can think of a solution from green soap, or with the daily cleaner used in the kitchen.
Bringing the cleaning liquid up to temperature supports the effect of the cleaners.
Note: the temperature cannot exceed 55-60C!
This is to prevent the mesh from shrinking under the influence of too high temperatures.
Sticking of the dough.
After cleaning the pocket, the frame surface and the mesh are free from contamination and grease.
This can/will cause the dough to stick slightly the first times it rests in the mesh.
After several runs the pocket and the mesh have become somewhat greasy again.
